END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between Salty Cultivation, LLC ("Company") and you ("User") for the use of Salty Cultivation App ("App").

 

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Company grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

 

2. Restrictions

User shall not:

- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained in the App.

- Use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

 

3. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including any content, graphics, and design, are owned by Company and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

 

4. Updates

Company may, at its sole discretion, provide updates, modifications, or enhancements to the App. User's continued use of the App following such updates constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

 

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of User's use or inability to use the App.

 

7. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by User or Company. Company reserves the right to terminate User's access to the App at any time for any reason.

 

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America and the State of Maine, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between User and Company concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written.
